When We're Available
We keep regular business hours, but financial emergencies don't follow a schedule. Here's what you can expect.
Regular Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Taiwan time. We take lunch around 12:30, but someone's usually available to take calls.
Email Response
Emails sent after hours or on weekends get replied to first thing the next business day. Usually within 24 hours.
Urgent Situations
If you're dealing with something time-sensitive—like a pending loan decision—mention it in your message and we'll prioritize accordingly.
Finding Our Office
We're located in the Gushan District of Kaohsiung. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the past few years—here's how to get here without getting lost.
Getting Here
- From Kaohsiung Main Station, take the Orange Line toward Sizihwan. Get off at Yanchengpu Station.
- Exit 2 puts you closest to our building. Walk east on Meishu East 2nd Road for about 400 meters.
- Look for Lane 132—it's right after the Family Mart on the corner. Our building is number 22, fourth floor.
- If you're driving, there's paid parking available at the municipal lot two blocks south on Gushan Road.
Gushan District
We're in the heart of Kaohsiung's business district, close to the harbor and main transport links.
Metro Access
Ten-minute walk from Yanchengpu Station on the Orange Line. Very easy to reach from anywhere in the city.
